2019 SUPER LEAGUE -(Information)

We have close to 90 players across the region who have expressed interest in this initiative which is awesome, and we will have 3 men’s and 3 women’s teams competing this year – The Suns, The Falcons and Mr Chips.

Tamara Dudley (NHA RDM) have been working closely with Denise Lloyd and Paul Jones, who selected the players and secured us some playing tops – THANK YOU!

This is the format we will be playing:

• Men & Women’s Grades
• 3 teams in each grade 
• 17-minute quarter games (no stoppages)
• Shootout if a draw at the end of the game
• Power Play: 1 x 5 min power play per team. Use at any quarter, double points scored
• PC Goal = 1, Field Goal = 2, PS Goal (PC) = 1, PS Goal (Field) = 2
• Points: W = 3, D = 2, L = 0
• Bonus Points: BP1 = Score more than 5 goals, BP2 = loss within 1 goal, BP3 = Penalty Shootout win
