Regional Development Officer

Nelson Hockey Association welcomes our new Regional Development Officer Tamara Dudley. We wish Tamara all the best and looking at her credentials we are sure she will continue to move Nelson Hockey forward into 2018 and beyond.

Tamara is excited to take up the RDM role at Nelson Hockey in the new year and she’ll be joining our Hockey community on Tuesday Jan 23rd.

She was born in Blenheim, but grew up in Hamilton and Tauranga. After her final year at Tauranga Girls College, she left and joined the Navy as an Electronic Technician, where she spent 14 years, and it was here that she met her husband Tony, who is currently in the Navy.

Tamara and Tony have two children, a 10 year old son Corban and a 2 year old daughter Kahliyah.

Over the last four years she completed a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (Coaching and Management) at AUT.

She has played hockey at all levels for around 30 years, and Tamara and her family are looking forward to the lifestyle change, and being involved and immersed in the Nelson Hockey community.

We wish Tamara all the best, and we look forward to see her at Nelson Hockey from January 23rd.
