2021 SUPER LEAGUE COMPETITION Round 3-August 1st-Nelson- REGISTRATIONS OPEN.

021 SUPER LEAGUE will start on August 1st at Nelson and REGISTRATIONS are still OPEN!

NHA would like to INFORM that TOTS Associations are still open for more players to register to complete 4 Teams for this season.

Unfortunately due to low numbers committed to travel we agree to proceed with the cancellation of Round 1 & 2 – 2021 SUPER LEAGUE in Blenheim & Greymouth.

We would seek interest for the Round 3 at NHA on August 1st.

WHO:       Our top-level players within the TOS regions.

WHERE:   3 Rounds spread across the TOS regions.

WHAT:       3 Rounds Super League Competition during the    2021 Hockey season.

WHEN:      ROUND 1– 25 APR 2021, BLENHEIM

ROUND 2 – 06 JUN 2021, GREYMOUTH

ROUND 3 – 01 AUGUST 2021, NELSON

WHY:        To provide a higher quality hockey competition for our  top-level players who may not get this within their Club or Association.

Opportunity for selectors to see more of our 2021 Tasman Districts Snr Men & Women’s trialists.

HOW:        Players register individually online.

                  Coaches and Umpires register interest online.

                  Selection Panel create teams based on positions (no Club or Association bias).

FORMAT: Men & Women’s Grades.

                  4 teams in each grade.

                 17-minute quarter games (no stoppages).

                  Shootout if a draw at the end of the game.

                  Power Play: 1 x 5 min power play per team. Use at any quarter, double points scored.
