Age Eligibility: To be eligible to play in the National Under 13 Tournaments, the players must be under the age of 13 years old as at 1st January of the year in which the tournament is played, and be in either Year 7 or Year 8 at School. (eg. A player whose 13th birthday is on or after 1st January is eligible, a player whose 13th birthday is before 1st January is ineligible, any athletes in Year 6 or below are ineligible as are those in Year 9).

Those players who have been selected in their U13 Rep Teams are expected to attend the NHA training camps over the July school holidays.
