2021 U18M&W Tasman Districts Teams Information Registrations Open!

Eligible Tasman District U18 Men & Women’s players are encouraged to make themselves available for the 2021 Tasman U18 representative teams.

Note – To be eligible to play in the National Under 18 Association Tournaments, the players must be under the age of 18 years old as at 1st January of the year in which the tournament is played and must be over the age of 15 years old as at 1st January of the year in which the tournament is played. (eg. A player whose 18th birthday is on or after 1st January is eligible, a player whose 18th birthday is before 1st January is ineligible).

Schedule of proposed training dates:

27-28 Feb – All regions gather in Nelson for Weekend Camp.(Women’s TBC)

27-28 Mar – All regions gather in Blenheim for Weekend Camp.

02-05 Apr – Easter off

11 April – All regions gather Sunday only Training Day – (location TBC)

25 April – TOTS Super League Blenheim (1st.Round) – (Final selection)

15th & 16th May – U18 M&W Quad Trials- U18 M&W Dodson & Stirling Cup-Nelson)

23 May – All regions gather Sunday only Training day – (location TBC)

4-7 June – Queens Birthday weekend – Christchurch Tournament.

13 June – All regions gather Sunday only Training day – (location TBC) –

27 June – All regions gather Sunday only Training day – (location Nelson)

4 July – All regions gather for Sunday only Training day – (location Nelson)

11-17 July – National Tournament –( U18W Wellington / U18M Hamilton)

NOTE – It would also be expected that you are training one to two times a week outside of these scheduled trainings.

There will be a significant cost required to be in these teams, budget will be confirmed once we have received funding application decisions.
