2021MAADI CUP/POPE SHIELD/GLADSTONE CUP “LEGENDS GAME” Saturday July 24th-02:00 pm Information

Good Afternoon All,

We would like to invite you and your friends along to participate in the ‘Legends Game’ during the Maadi, Pope, Gladstone Tournament. We will be running a 30 minute game (format is tbc) on Saturday 24^th July at 2.00pm. This is open to both ladies and gentlemen and we are happy to provide sticks if required.

After the game, there will be refreshments available at the PAVILION BACK LOUNGE and tournament memorabilia and memories (provided by past players, we have some already) available to look over and reminisce about the good old days.

We also have tickets available to the Dinner on Saturday Night (Cost is $55 per head) – Please let us know asap for catering purposes.

2021 Maadi Cup, Gladstone Cup and Pop Shield – Tournament Dinner

Saturday, 24th July 2021, from 6.00pm onwards

Venue: Harvest Kitchen, 168 Redwood Road, Appleby 7081

Tickets – $55 per person 

Pay via registration link or bank details for Nelson Hockey: 03-1354-0452914-16 (reference, name and Maadi Dinner).

The dinner is a celebration of the tournament with a formal and social aspect to the event.

The expectation is for all players to attend.

Official toasts and short speeches along with the trophy presentations and the naming of the tournament team and top U21 player. Please ensure you delegate the toasts to appropriate representatives of your association.

Guest Arrival – From 6pm – Bar Open

Welcome & Housekeeping – 7pm

Buffet Dinner Served – 7.30pm

Dessert Served – 9pm

DJ Starts – 8.30pm – 11.30pm

Bar closes – 11.30pm

Close of Event – 12pm Midnight
