Nelson Hockey Association are continually trying to improve and provide the best service for our hockey community; therefore, we (NHA staff and Board) would really appreciate your feedback on the NHA 2024 Hockey season.

This survey should only take 5-10 minutes, and your feedback is very valuable for us as an association and is greatly appreciated.

This survey has been emailed to participants with email addresses registered in PlayHQ and we will also be positing this on our website and social media pages, however, please feel free to share this link with all Nelson Hockey registered players from Juniors to Seniors.

This can be anonymous however a spot prize will be drawn from those who leave contact details on the final question.
