2025 FIH Level One Coaching Course Applications – Saturday March 8th – Nelson Hockey Association

Hockey New Zealand is excited to announce a FIH Academy Level 1 Coaching Course being held in Nelson. The cost of this course for local coaches is being subsidised by the Top of the South Associations.

FIH Coaching Courses provide coaches with the opportunity to take part in accreditation-based coach education programmes that are internationally recognised.

This course will be delivered by FIH accredited educators Joe Piggott and Sunjay Ganda.

Application have been opened to gauge course interest. Spaces for workshops are limited, and participant will receive confirmation and payment details before attending.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲:

• Online 7pm – 9:00pm Thursday 6th March (online)
• Face to face – 11:00am – 4:00pm Saturday 8th March (Nelson Hockey Turf)

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Coaches who are actively coaching youth and adult aged players through school, club, or association programmes. Note, coaches must be aged 16+

Cost: $92.00 or $45 for coaches affiliated to a Top of the South Associations.
