NOTICE OF NELSON HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (1993) INC.
2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is the second notice of the Nelson Hockey Association AGM to be held on
Wednesday 10 March 2021 at 7.30pm at the Nelson Hockey Softball Pavilion, Saxton Field, Nelson.

Nomination of Board Members
All nominations for board members should have been forwarded to the Operations
Manager, Nelson Hockey (manager@nelsonhockey.org.nz) as the due date was 19 January 2021.

Other Matters
The Annual Report and Audited Annual Accounts will be sent to clubs by 26 February
2021.
Any remits or recommendations to be forwarded to the Operations Manager by
Tuesday 9 February 2021.
