NOTICE OF NELSON HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (1993) INC.
2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is the first notice of the Nelson Hockey Association AGM to be held on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 7.00pm at the Nelson Hockey Softball Pavilion, Saxton Field, Nelson.

Application for Board Members
Any application for Board Members should be made on a NHA Board member application form and must be
forwarded to the Nelson Hockey Operations Manager  by Sunday 4th February 2024.

Vacancies:
One appointed position and one elected position is available. Applications are sought from anyone interested.

Other Matters
The Annual Report and Audited Accounts will be sent to clubs by 20th February 2024.
Any proposed motions (remits) or other items of business to be forwarded to the Operations Manager by 14th February 2024.
