Complaint Process & Acceptable Conduct

Kia Ora NHA community,

With the availability of video technology, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the process for lodging a complaint.

If you wish to submit a formal complaint regarding an incident, please ensure it is lodged within 48 hours of the event.

Complaints can be submitted by players, coaches, spectators, or umpires and must follow the appropriate channels for review.

We also want to emphasize the importance of respectful and fair play across all levels of our game.

While video footage can provide additional scrutiny, our focus remains on fostering a positive sporting environment where players, officials, and supporters uphold the values of hockey.

All details regarding the complaint process and acceptable conduct can be found on the NHA website through the Code of Conduct (CoC).

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive space for all participants.
