Following the recent heavy rainfall and the declaration of a local state of emergency, all hockey games scheduled for this weekend have been cancelled. The safety and wellbeing of our community remain our top priority.

We’re thinking of everyone still navigating disruptions to travel, school, and daily life. Many families and clubs across our region are contending with cleanup and uncertainty, and our hearts go out to them.

🌧️ While forecasts suggest conditions may improve over the weekend, we believe this decision best supports our community’s ongoing recovery.

💬 In the lead-up to this announcement, we’ve received thoughtful and generous feedback from our clubs.

The overwhelming support from across the hockey community has been truly heartening—a reflection of the unity and care that makes our region so special. We’re incredibly proud of our people.
