📣 TASMAN DISTRICTS U18 WOMEN’S TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT – 2026 HNZ NATIONAL TOURNAMENT

Nelson Hockey Association is pleased to announce the Tasman Districts U18 Women’s Team selected to represent our region at the 2026 HNZ U18 Women’s National Tournament, held in Palmerston North from July 5–11.

A selection panel consisting of Chris Leslie, Rebecca Kersten, Denise Lloyd, Grant McMillan and Sandy Large has confirmed the following 17 athletes:

Initial trainings will take place within each player’s home province, with communication managed through:

Nelson-based players will train every Thursday, 5:00–6:00pm at NHA, beginning this Thursday, May 14.

2️⃣ King’s Birthday Weekend – 30 & 31 May A full‑squad overnight training camp with Atamira 📍 Puna Wai Turf, Blenheim

Attendance and commitment to all trainings and the overnight camp are essential as the team prepares for the National Tournament.
