Ash Bradley-(Passed away)

Ash was a Hockey Person and played for Waimea Hockey Club and then later for Old boys (United Hockey Club – now Waimai United Hockey Club).

He also coached Nelson Representative Age Group Teams for Nelson Hockey.  Ash was also Nelson Representative Player for Nelson Hockey and a Nelson Masters Player.   He also served on Club Committees and the Management Committee of Nelson Hockey Association.

Ash has been the Patron of Waimai United Hockey Club since 2015.

BRADLEY, Ashleigh Charles (Ash). With saddened hearts, we announce the passing of Ash, aged 71 years, on 7th September 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Ash’s full life at The Granary, Founders Park, Nelson, on Thursday, 12th September 2024, at 4:00 pm.

The family have asked if people have any old hockey jackets or hockey tops they want to wear at the celebration, they think Ash would really like that.
