2020 HNZ-SI CHAMPIONSHIPS-(Managers & Umpires Meeting)Sunday August 30th)

Hi all,

Hope everyone is well and gearing up for a busy week next week!

I would like to confirm that we will be having a managers and umpires meeting here at the Nelson Hockey Softball Pavilion on Sunday evening. If you could all ensure your representatives are present at the below times that would be great.

• Managers meeting: 5.00pm
• Umpires meeting: 6.00pm

I have also attached our Covid-19 Alert Level 2 Procedure Plan. I will go into detail regarding these procedures in the managers meeting on Sunday. The key points in the plan include;

• Mandatory contact tracing at the gate, both digital and manual contact tracing will be available.
• Turfs will be divided into two separate grounds, once entered do not mix between the turfs.
• Locker rooms will be closed, toilets will be open.
• Wait until previous team has left the dugouts before you enter.
• Wipe down dugouts before and after team enters.
• Wipe down entry gates.
• Café in the Pavilion will be open, when entering you must sign in using contact tracing when entering.
• Numbers will be managed and kept below 100 people. Teams, management and staff will have priority upon entering.
