2021 NHA-ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is the first notice of the Nelson Hockey Association AGM to be held on Wednesday 10 March 2021 at 7.30pm at the Nelson Hockey Softball Pavilion, Saxton Field, Nelson.

Nomination of Board Members

Any nomination or application for Board Members ,please request a Board Member application form from Operations Manager, Nelson Hockey by Tuesday 19 January 2021 Email: manager@nelsonhockey.org.nz

Vacancies:

As per above, nominations are required from Clubs for four vacancies and applications for one appointed position are requested (for three-year terms).

Other Matters

The Annual Report and Audited Accounts will be sent to clubs by 26 February 2021

Any proposed motions (remits) or other items of business to be forwarded to the Operations Manager by 9 February 2021
