NHA HOLIDAY PROGRAMME-(Position Avaliable)

NHA are currently looking for positive, highly motivated and energetic person to join our team, helping to run our Multi-Sport Holiday Programme in 2020. The role is full-on and varied, with no two days the same.

You will be working at Nelson Hockey Association in Saxton Fields at one of the best Hockey facilities in the country. You will be responsible for looking after primary-aged children, planning, delivering and supervising a multi -sport holiday programme each School holiday break in 2020.

You need to be trustworthy, punctual & love smiling, sometimes acting like a child but thinking like an adult.

You will need to identify with the following qualities:

Ability to quickly learn new skills & systems
Conscientious work ethic and proven self-discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sports background
The job is 5 days/week, 8:45pm til 3.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) during School Holidays. (8 weeks)

You will also need to pass a police check. It is desirable that applicants have their restricted or above driver’s license and their own reliable transport. A First Aid Certificate will be required, but we will sort this course out with you if you do not have this already.

No specific qualifications/experience required but you must like children and have a fun and vibrant personality.
