TASMAN REGIONAL SCHOOLS HOCKEY FESTIVAL Y 5&6-TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 22nd-

Hi Everyone,

As most of you would know by now, I have been trying to organise the Y5 and Y6 festival day in a way that if New Zealand does remain in Alert Level 2 next week (after the Monday September 21st announcement) it will not affect our event or cause more disappointment for the kids. With the Y3 and Y4 festival day we divided the festival into two days, making two hockey filled days for the kids. Unfortunately due to schools having other commitments on the alternative day we are unable to do this for the Y5 and Y6 festival day; however this is the year of evolving and adapting so, now we will be running the Y5 and Y6 festival day on Tuesday September 22nd, to keep numbers below the maximum gathering number (for Alert Level 2) so we will be holding a morning and an afternoon festival as follow:

Morning session – 9.30am – 11.45am

Tahunanui School

Ranzau School

Wakefield School

St Joseph’s School

Teams = 13

Afternoon Session – 12.15pm – 2.30pm

Clifton Terrace School

Hira School

Nelson Central School

Teams = 11 teams
