Tasman Tigers vs Tauranga

The tigers were excited about the game today, and  started well with some real intensity couldn’t quite find the net and then Tauranga get in the circle for the first time 10 mins in and score

2nd quarter we went out needed to move the ball a bit quicker and stop putting it back into traffic

we had some good drives and then Pip Lunn scored making it 1 all when she found herself with a one on one with the keeper

It stayed  1 all till half time

3rd quarter

We started strong again and Pip finished a great team passing movement

we got a bit muddled and fell of our marking which let Tauranga find the net again

Finished the game at 2 all

we went into shoot out and our Goalie Carly Englefield stepped up and saved every one

We put 2 in Tanya Hawley  Aimee Kersten 

we are in Semi final tomorrow at 2 pm v North Harbour
