The Vantage Blacks Sticks Women (VBSW) are back in action as they welcome No.10 in the world, Japan, to The City of Sails.
Auckland will play host to international hockey for the first time in almost two years when the VBSW take on Japan over two matches on April 13 & 14 at the National Hockey Centre in North Harbour.
It’ll be the first time since August last year the Black Sticks have played in New Zealand and the first time since May 2022 that they have played in Auckland.
Hockey New Zealand have also partnered with Women in Sport Aotearoa (WISPA) to provide an exciting networking opportunity, with the Vantage Black Sticks Women at the heart of the experience, on the 14th April.
The WISPA event will include a star-studded Q&A panel, Vantage Black Sticks match ticket, post-match player meet and greet, and a chance to connect with the Women in Sport Whānau. More information to follow.
Purchase a Black Sticks bucket hat or beanie with your ticket and go into the draw to attempt the half-time $250 shot!
*There will be some grandstand seating available. All seating is first come, first served. |
